I think for being free [completely free] items you people are taking it a little too seriously. I don't do much dealing on cag but when I have it's been reasonably succesful

They called me and begged and I didn't want to deal with it so I just let it slide.

Okay, update, I was actually able to empty both my folders today, so all three of you who won items, send me your addresses as is for each item and I will send them tomorrow.

Once again, I'm completely sorry about all this, I barely remembered all this until another CAG called me out on it on another topic.

I'll still post pictures of the items with proofs of the current time and space just in case some of you still think I sold them.

I don't want to be banned, I hardly think free items are worth being banned over, just give me the addresses and you'll have your items as soon as possible.
 
I'm just curious how these items are "free." We all risked our own items (and most of us lost them) in order to have a chance at winning. So the winners didn't exactly get these for free. Feel free to not take part in any future pools, ok? I assume most people take their bets (and people who renege on them) pretty seriously.

I can't think of how else to say it so I'll just put in a terms of examples

Bidder A puts up Game A
The samething happens for bidder and game B
As well as bidder and game C

Bidder C wins pool
Bidder B wins pool
Bidder A loses

Bidder C wants game A and B
Bidder B can only have game C

If Bidder B receives game C, but doesn't send game B, he should be banned out right, without question. What he did is equal to someone setting up a trade, sending out a game, and not gettign anything back.

However, in the case of bidder A, if he runs away and doesn't send out game A, he truly didn't "Steal" from anyone, he just backed out of a bet, loses respect for it, etc, etc

In my case, I simply [and I mean completely] FORGOT about this pool, between work and actual gaming, I come on CAG read threads and have fun posting, I honestly DID forget about the games, they're still sitting here in the same condition as when I put them up

That's why I'm a little tiny bit angry, some people have made it out like I traded and ripped someone off, I have no plans of ripping anyone off here, a free game after a month is still a free game. Someone [thankfully] brought it to my attention and I am simply waiting [with a completely empty inbox] for the three winners to send me their addresses [where they want them shipped]

OK, I'm a pretty understanding person, but that's total BS and you know it. You didn't play by the rules (the ONLY person out of about 50 not to) and you expect us to be happy about it. I for one am totally pissed off!!! I put up three of my own games, plus many hours of answering PMs, making draws, answering questions, etc etc etc... And then YOU, who had the best possible draw in my pool and had a great chance of winning decide to disrespect me and all the other CAGs who honored their bets by not contacting ANYONE for over a month when you didn't win...well, that's just plain unacceptable. I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't have "Forgot" about the pool had you won, and then how would you feel if somwone stiffed you?

I still haven't recieved any sort of contact from Sarausagi and then I still never recieved any sort of confirmation that Bighow had shipped out besides that he was going to ship as I have still not recieved FFXI and his PM Box is full...

That's the biggest Bullshit I've ever heard.

It's not backing out of a bet. You bet, lost and then backed out. If you had won, I'm sure you wouldn't have
 
Some of you are pretty self righteous..but that's okay, to each their own. If no one wants to believe that I sincerely did forget, that's okay.

Prepster is taken care of and accounted for, his package will be sent sometime tomorrow. Hopefully he will get it next week.
