That's so true, lol. I recently snagged a used copy from their previous 25% off used games sale for $28 shipped. I also picked up Donkey Kong Returns for the same price. I was able to get the first one through a gamefly sale in December for $26. Always good to shop around, lol.

I have had this happen also a couple times.
One time it was used and i exchanged for a sealed one.
