Super Puzzle Fighter II for GBA???

I see a few on ebay the might be legit, and several that are obviously bootlegs. Some websites have it for around $30 - $40 shipped. That seems kind of high to me. Is there anywhere to find it for around $15? Maybe $20?

Almost every Gamestop I've been to seems to have it in stock for $20 new/gutted.

I've seen a bunch of copies at Fry's, I think they were $20 not sure though.

Check the trade forum here. I bought it for $16 complete and have seen it numerous times since then for around the same price.
