Not sure what to really call this, but if you hit 'A' too quickly to get through the TECMO screen and the NTREVE screen then instead of going to the main menu, the Wii just sits at a black screen and you have to eject the disc and put it back in to get the menu to load.

On the other hand, if you wait a second or 2 at each of these screens, everything loads fine.

Can anyone else confirm this?

(also, I am running 16x9 480p and the game has to switch to 4x3 480p)
 
You're telling me that no one else here has this game and can test this out?

(Although I was the only one who pre-ordered it at my EB and my EB is very high traffic considering they got 36 Wii Pre-orders.)

I noticed something similar to what you're describing, ckendal, the first time i loaded up the game. However, the following times I've played SSG, it did not occur.
