I bought it, and have been playing it. I enjoy it, but I'm also a big Superman fan too. It can get repetitive but what game at some point doesn't. Personally I found the higher scored Marvel UA more repetitive (dungeon crawl, punch, punch. super power, repeat) but to each his own.
I really enjoy just flying around, similar to all the swinging I did in Spider-Man 2.
Reviews on this seem more harsh than they should be, but I'm happy, so thats what counts

Shit... that IGN review was everything I *DIDN'T* like in the demo and it makes the game seem pretty damn shallow. Even Gamespot agreed with one of my earlier posts, about how I hope the city isn't empty and there is nothing to do... GS said that exact same thing =/
Guess I'll wait for a huge price drop.
They should have just dropped the Superman Returns storyline and just done this straight out of the comics.
