You can usually do it more than once a day if you try it on multiple comupters but it varies.
Dont use it on a network that has an account already been on it. It will actually make those points invalid and whatever you purchase that purchase will get denied but you can still continue collecting swagbucks.
 
i make at least one giftcard a week. but i have a good chunch of people signed up underneath me. I think it takes at least 2 weeks by yourself without any help.
