My TV just doesn't have enough plugins for all my consoles. Anyone have a switcher box they would recommend for old school gaming, some require RF, majority are AV.

by my experience, the basic 4-way AV switchers you can get for $20 bucks at most places do just fine for older systems... they don't need anything complicated.

I highly, HIGHLY reccomend getting AV inputs for all the systems you can... the trick with using RF on a switcher is you'll need to plug it in for the RF to work- if you can even find a switcher with an RF input (I have one long discontinued box with 1 input that can do RF.) You can actually chain RF units together to hook up multiple systems that way, but obviously you'll get degraded signal the farther you go.

Ive got that pelican system and it works fine. I dont use to many rf switches though but i do have a few that use them and the signal is fine. it switches between the 2 just fine. It even has labels for each system selector but some of the odder systems you gonna have to make your own.

Pelican made a 5-way switcher too, if you don't need the full 8. That's one of the ones I have. I can't speak for it's RF capability (don't use it for that) but it's fine for the basic AV hookups. I've had it for years and it's never given me any trouble. There's a couple on ebay (here and here) right now.

It's worth noting that Gamestop brand system selectors are usually just Pelican selectors with a different brand on 'em. In case it comes up.

I have one of the old Gamestop selectors, got it ages ago. It hosts 5 consoles. It does it's job quite nicely. It looks like the ones in the auctions that DuelLadyS linked too above.

They also pop up from time to time on eBay.
