Syphone filter 3 - 1 disc or 2 discs?

Okay so a few days ago i picked up Syphon filter 3 and when i got come i realized only 1 disc was inside. But the case is like the double disc case, like the resident evil 2, shenmue game.

so my question is, did i get screwed? or what else is suppose to come with the game?

does anyone know?

You're set. 1 disc. It should also say so on the case, if I remember right.
