Okay...that wasn't particularly funny, but trust me, it's all too accurate.
 
EUGH. The exclamation point in the title is misleading. I can't see how this will be good with McG at the helm. Here's hoping though.
 
what surprises me is that the whole thing as greenlit. I know that it has been in trouble for awhile since there was a problem with the rights to the series and that
the people who played John and Kathryn in T3 were not going to be in T4, and the fact that Arnold was not going to be it as well because of his duties as governor. Cameo or not it doesn't seem right without Arnold at a terminator.

When the SCC was approved as a TV series, I thought there was going to be no chance for another Terminator movie and therefore they went with the TV series that is doomed to be canceled before the first season ends.

It's on Fox in January 08. Supposedly 24 is delayed, so this show is getting a 2 hour premiere cause of it(taking 24's premiere spot).

I honestly am hoping that out of this strike some shows may surface that would have never had a chance before hand. We could all be surprised and get 1-2 good shows out of the whole mess.

From what I remembered reading it was in development hell. I assumed that things didn't look so good for the next movie so they compromised and gave us the TV show. However knowing FOX, they are going to trash it weither it's good or crap. Remember Firefire? Never saw it until I got the DVD set and saw the entire season..then I said to myself... FOX canceled this?!??!

It's Jericho Vs SCC in January. However I am going to be watching Jericho instead.

I don't even know if he can save this project. I will give the benefit of the doubt since he has been in a ton of really good movies and his hits to garbage ratio is quite high.

If this turns out to be a competent film, they shouldn't put '4' in the title, as T3 should have never happened.

Well it's official title is Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins. I just put T4 in because 1 the title is too long for my title and second people will recognize T4 faster then Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins

So they are going to try to pull a Superman Returns huh? Like ignore Superman 3 and 4 like they never happened.

1. Christian bale as John Connor? Hmmm, not bad. Could be great with him.

2. McG directing? Oh dear God. Never mind, 90% chance this is going to stink.

I can just see the thinking behind this...

They had a Rambo 4... which was awesome, they had a Rush Hour 4... which was awesome, they had a Lethal Weapon 4... which was awesomer! Lets make a T4 movie which will be awesome and to enhance it further we'll make it PG-13. AWESOME!

And yeah, Firefly is awesome. But for every fantastic, critically acclaimed show that gets low ratings, there's an American Idol, Friends, and other overly hyped, dumbed down retarded bullshit that appeals to the masses.
