Hey I came across this while messing around on ebay buying old PSX games.

Very good deal IMO although they are used. I messaged the user and it does come with everything shown in the picture. Came out to about 25 USD for me. I'll post more when it arrives.

Well, it is the Australian version( I assume, the picture has the AU logo ), so I guess thats the reason. International shipping is always YMMV as well. Good deal anyway though, I suppose
