I came across this deal when I was getting the Best Buy ad mistake pricematched, but I think this might beat it. Sears at Regency (Jacksonville FL) had a stack of 10 or 15 copies.

This is the game with the controller included, still $59.99 at my local Gamestop. Talk about a good day.

EyeToy: Play and EyeToy: Kinetic were also clearenced to $25, EyeToy included.
