Bring your 3DS to Best Buy, and use your "Nintendo Zone" app on your 3DS to pull up Best Buy's page, and click on the link with the coupon.
It's Buy 1 game get 10% off
Buy 2 games get 20% off
Buy 3 Games get 30% off
on all 3DS games.
If you buy just Tales of the Abyss there it should be $35.99 with the coupon (bf tax)
Though it might expire on the 1st of March, then again I could be wrong.

Nintendo handheld RPGs seem to always come with a limited first print that makes them skyrocket in price when they disappear and become scarce to find, and I've heard Tales of the Abyss 3D is the same, tho is likely to get a reprint soon.
