I am aware that it is sold on Amazon for $26 w/ free shipping. Is it cheaper anywhere else?

I don't know how long you have been looking for this not that it would help you now, but Newegg has had this for between 15-20 multiple times. Unfortunately its not that cheap now. However, if a used copy is acceptable Best Buy has it for $24.99. Also, if you can find another used game you like they are having a buy 1, get 1 50% off next week on pre-owned. Of course you will probably not find one in your store and you would have to order online, where you run the risk of not getting a manual or even artwork.
