You don't really expect these celebrities to go through and personally autograph these hundreds of photos they're sending out, right? Some of them are printed signatures. Some of them are real.

send a single email to the address and include your MAILING address in the body. dont bother with a personalized message to the celebrity, as from my understanding they will not read it. the address is simply extracated and eventualy about 2-3 months later you'll get the autograph in the mail.

moments after sending the email you will get the following auto-genterated response



I first requested about 3 out in mid august...and in october i got one..a few weeks later i got the others... then i sent out over 2 dozen requests and 2 months later got 10 in the mail, then the day after got another 10 or so...

im still expecting the rest which i anticipate will eventually come...

from what i've read on other forums via GOOGLE i see that this has been around for a few years at the least and people get tonnes of autographs in the mail...

TIPS:
-if u're using GMAIL, you might want 2consider adding your address into your signature so when you click on the backbutton you can just edit the emailaddress and click "send". my gmail deletes the message body content when i hit the back button (hotmail shouldn't be effected)
-dont BCC or CC addresses to multiple SFM addresses, they will get rejected.

i usually get them in either 8x10 yellow envelopes or 4x6 white envelops..somewhat exciting to rip it open and see who's it is inside

Bumping this to say it doesn't take nearly as long as it said it would. The automated email said it was gonna take roughly 3 months to get here, but I've got Ozzy's autograph in less than a month. This place is awesome!
 
Yeah, same here. I got Ozzy, Bob Saget, Henry Winkler, and Matthew Fox all within a month. I'm still waiting on some others though.

Can you just send out one e-mail to a lot of the different addresses?

I don't even really want this, but the fact that it's free is tempting me.

Basically put, an autopen is a machine which mimicks a person signature. A celebrity signs their signature & it is put into a templete in the autopen machine & the machine is used to mimick the persons signature. A preprint is, basically put, the celebrity signs on picture & that picture is used to make copies of it. A preprint is just that, which is a copy of an real autograph.
I'm an autograph collector, have been one since August 2006. You can see my autographs at http://s93.photobucket.com/albums/l68/EugeneEIII , I have some Studio Fan Mail autographs there also (the Studio Fan Mail ones are listed as Studio Fan Mail autograph picture).
You can also write to celebrities thru snail mail using SASE's. Snail Mail is the best way to get an autograph. You can goto http://www.fanmail.biz/ which is the best free autograph site online, it has the fanmail addresses for celebrities & you don't have to pay for them. Also Star Collector at http://www.star-collector.net/ is another great free site. Also, the celebrities who use Studio Fan Mail also have a writing address. For example, Alyson Hannigan (Willow on Buffy) is a client of SFM but she also has a writing address which is at http://www.fanmail.biz/1878.html .
 
I also like to add that if you do write to the email addresses at Studio Fan Mail (SFM), you only need to put your name & address in the body of the email because the celebrities never see the email. The email is read by employees of SFM who sent out the pictures to you.

Hi guys been following this thread closely since I collect autographs for years now and I havne't recived the usual Auto Reply e-mail when I e-mail this particular company for an autopen oriented autograph?

I sent out close to 19 request(s) allin one day with my only e-mail address and so afr no replies back...how long did it take for you guys to get an auto reply from SFM?

This is awesome i signed up just last month and i recieved today in the mail, jennifer aniston, jennifer garner, nicholas cage, angelina jolie, and halle berry
 
Anyone who DID NOT GET A REPLY CALM DOWN......on the official website they said they stopped having auto replies for some but for others they still do......so you will still get your autographs........also i never recieved ANY auto replys and i just recieved my photos today
 
Has anyone been sent a load of junk mail from this? I am interested in a Bill Cosby pic, but not if I will get a ton of spam.

I sent for mines back in March and got a reply, but I never received any pictures at all:cry: Is it worth trying again?
 
Since I haven't seen this before and someone else necro'd it, I just sent one to the Ozzy address, lets see if this pays off.

I've gotten Kate Mulgrew and David Arquette, just signed up for a few more. Stupid Buffy and Charmed going off the air, they dont send them anymore
