Saw today when I was at Target that both Sims 3 and Madden for 3DS were marked as a Temporary Price Cut for $29.99. The sign indicated that the price was valid through 4/23 (Saturday). They're not really the greatest of games according to reviews but 25% off isn't too bad either.
