Think you might be wrong about "Dragonball Super." Super Dragon Ball Z came out quite a while back. It's no longer at $40, either. So I think you might be referring to "Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3."
 
Hope CC Glitch again on Buy 2 wii games & save $20 (every games instead $39.99 & Up). I'll be awsome if it happen cos i'll get CC Pricematch with TRU too :)
 
Hmm I was hoping for some price break on Time Crisis 4 (kind of like how Orange Box PC and Virtua Fighter 5 for 360 were discounted during their release weeks). Thanks though OP.
 
Thanks for the post OP....hopefully something magical happens and TRU switches to all games B2G1....that would be great w/ Time Crisis, Uncharted, and Mass Effect.......
 
I hope TRU has the B2G1 AND has RE:UC. Otherwise, I might just get the 2 games from CC and use my $25 TRU GC to get some kiddy game that they'd stick (Rayman 2!). $80 at CC and ~$25 at TRU is only $5 more then the B2G1.

EDIT: HURRRR!!! Never mind I forgot about the GC for the B2G1 would be $75 for 3 games instead of $105 with the CC + TRU deal. However, I might do it if I can't think of another $50 game to get.

Don't forget the B2G1 sale for Wii games at TRU starting on Sunday, so if you're thinking about 2 $50 Wii games for $80, you might want to think about 3 Wii games for $100.

Could end up being 3 Wii games for $90 for the $50 games, as they'd be giving you $3.33 additional off per game for the PM (B2G1 on $50 games ends up being $33.33 per game), totalling out at $10 extra off per 3 games.

Best deal might be 6 Wii games, where they'd be $300 (6 $50 games) - $100 (2 $50 games for free) - $20 (extra $10 off per 3 games on PM X 2) - $60 ($20 off per pair of Wii games X 3) = $140? :lol:

I called my TRU yesterday and the customer service rep confirmed the buy 2 wii games get 1 free was for next week. I'm pretty sure it's a nation wide deal.

Its a card for 19.99 that saves you 10 percent on any game or accessory you buy for a year. I got it for free when I bought my psp from there..

Sucks I paid 80 bucks for their warranty.. kind of a dumb deal when I look back on it.

Yeah,if you could not only manage to get CC to pricematch the TRU deal,then add on the 10% to it (as many places for some reason will not) AND let you combine the pm with there own deal...I dont think anyone can pull it off,although that would be an incredible deal

Oh,and thanks ICE2dragon..thats a cool card considering I spend around $100 there every few months

So in theory I think they could be combined pretty easily by a lazy cashier. I can't imagine being lucky enough to get the 10% difference on top of that, primarily because they'd have to go through the math to figure out what that would be.

I think the system is coded to automatically do it, regardless of the cost, as some of the games I picked up were below the $39.99 price point we have this time around.

In theory it should work, in practice, it's YMMV.

Does it say a minimum number of units on the CC ads for the Wii's? I tried to enlarge the picture but the text came out all blurry.
 
I'm going with Uncharted as I already have the gamer's club card for 10% off and can use the $10 gift card towards Rock Band the next day.

Uncharted: $60 [-$6] = $54
Rock Band: $170 [-$17] [-$10] = $143

Total: $197 before tax - not too bad

So, does anyone have any real live verifiable evidence of the TRU B2G1 deal? I talked to 2 drones and a manager at my local TRU and they hadn't heard anything about it.... and these weren't the kind of drones to say that when they actually knew about it... I've gotten them to tell me exactly how many of each game they have ordered with no problem. They also didn't show any deal SKU in the computer system as of Thur night, and most deals show up in there close to a week ahead of time.

I'm not calling shenanigans, but I've been looking all over for something concrete on this and haven't found anything.
