Want to save a couple of bucks on limited edition hardware?
Don't mind a bit of legwork?
Don't mind signing your soul to Evil Walmart's evil cousin?
Than the red card is for you!
As much as I hate endorsing ANYTHING, I have to say that Targets structure allows alot of saving.
They have the same stock as Walmart (futureshop, bestbuy, Loblaws, Shoppers) they do price matching and give you 5% off the TOTAL PRICE (not the difference like futureshop and bestbuy).
I just got a Zelda Wii U and got 15$ off, (5% off 300$)
In some cases best buy and future shop might be better if the difference in price is equal to at least half of the total price.
Example:
Case A
Price to match: $100
Standard Price at Futureshop/Best Buy and Target: $120
Price after
Futureshop/Best Buy price:
120-100=20
100-(20*0.1)= 98
Target price:
120 -> 100
100*0.95=95
Case B
Price to match: $100
Standard Price at Futureshop/Best Buy and Target: $160
Price after
Futureshop/Best Buy price:
160-100=60
100-(60*0.1)= 94
Target price:
160 -> 100
100*0.95=95
