Tatsunoko VS Capcom stick

Anyone ever seen this on sale anywhere for around 25? Also, does anyone know if these have the same problem as the other Sticks where a washer comes loose eventually and destroys the inside of the stick?

I believe some Best Buys have them on clearance for @ $25, the cowboom price isn't too bad either at about $33. I never opened mine, if you happen to live in western maryland I'll gladly sell it to you for $25 lol.
