Hi :) I'm new here but I'd like to get into the Tekken series. It looks really good so far but a friend of mine mentioned to me that one of the games has the whole storyline in it. I think it was Tekken 4? I don't remember :(

Anyway I want to play the games to understand the storyline, I'm not sure which one I should pick up first. Thanks in advance :)

try finding the tekken 5 stick bundle at eb/gamestop for $30.I still see many eb/gamestop still carry these,so it's quite possible to find one.it comes with hori arcade stick,dvd box and tekken 5 game.Tekken 5 have old renditions of tekken 1,tekken 2 and tekken 3.There no quite as good ports compare to ps1 version since they cut out lots of extra features like ending viewer,cheasy action fighting(sort like crappy final fight) and volleyball.You can try buying old ps1 version at ebay their pretty cheap.

Oh thanks so much :D, what would you recommend though? Getting the old playstation ones or just getting the Tekken 5 pack?

Well the Tekkens included in Tekken 5 are the arcade versions so you cant save them and they are missing the fun extras from the console versions, so you might want to get them seperately. They're cheap enough, after all.

Damn, I've had so much fun playing Tekken 3 back in the day. A must own for sure. You should graduately get into them, but I'd say the best ones are 3 and 5. 4 was a pretty big dissappointment for me.

Oh goodness, that Tekken anime movie was horrendous... I actually rented that and all I can say is that it's one of the biggest piles of shit that I've ever watched.
