So I have hazy memories of Sam's Club's return policy being amazing like Costco's, where if you buy something from them and it breaks at like, any point in time, you can return/exchange. Is that the case, or am I confused.
Specifically, my mom bought an iPod about 14 months ago, and still has the box/receipt. The battery may be going dead, and I'm wondering if she could exchange for a new one.
