I was at Target today and noticed that some BluRay movies had a temp price drop. It was listed as going on from 06/30/09 to 08/06/09.

The ones I picked up were Beetlejuice and Blow, both at $11.99. I also saw The Omega Man at $11.99. There were others as well, though I didn't take notice of what they were, and I think they all weren't $11.99.

Not ment as a thread crap, but a majority of the ones I saw were some you could get at WM for 10.00 already. Diff selection per store maybe?
 
Blow was $11.49 on Amazon for a day or two, though I hadn't seen Beetlejuice any cheaper than $14.99 when I checked on DVDPriceSearch.

I know Omega Man has been around that price for a while. Next time I'm in Target, I'll try to get more of a list.
 
I need to get Blow because that is one of my fiance's favorite movies that I don't own at the moment. This is going to make her day to see this in HD especially her favorite scene with the money in the house since she owns the poster of them sitting down together (George & Diego with the piles of money in the background).

I just picked up The Rock for $15. May not be a big deal for some, but I've been waiting a long time to get that one at a good price.

The Target stores in my area has none of these movies in stock, not because they ran out but because they pulled them from the shelves a few weeks ago.
 
picked up Beetlejuice. Passed on Blow. I've owned the standard DVD since it came out, and have Never watched it. I'm sure the same would happen if I bought the blu ray as well.
 
I think this might be regional. When I went to check my local super target, they didn't carry any of these blu-rays and didn't have anything on sale for said prices. I live in Kansas by the way.

I picked it up at the CC clearance for ~$16-17 iirc. It wasn't the best of deals, but still a decent price compared to elsewhere.

It's one of my favorite movies. :D

The signage may not be up, though if you take a BR to an in-store price scanner, it should show the correct price.
 
just got back from the Target in Queens, NY (by the queens center mall). got the LAST copies of Corpse Bride (11.99) and Blow (11.99) tax for each was 1$ so $26 total.

i also saw Omega Man and 16 blocks ($11.50 on amazon right now). and South Park Season 1 & 2 bundle for $19.99

there were also a bunch of G.I.Joe 2 figure + comic on clearance for 50% off, as well as Star Wars figures and Star Wars Muggs on clearance.

My target must just be out of the loop b/c they don't even have spaces for any of the mentioned movies. I'll have to try another target later this week.

its actually a really good movie, you should get around to watching that DVD copy or buy the blu-ray and watch it.
 
I picked up Corpse Bride & Blow for $11.99 each today. Corpse Bride & Blow were marked $24.99 and Beetlejuice was marked $29.99. I went to the price check machine and they both rang up $11.99. Didn't check Beetlejuice but I imagine its the same.
 
If anyone has any trouble finding these, check everywhere.

At most of the Targets I went to, they weren't with the normal aisle with Blu-Rays; one had them on the endcap of the Blu-Ray section, and the other 2 or 3 had them at the end of that giant long wall of cheap DVD's.
