I was just going through google a while ago looking for images to explain the differance between the PCengine and the TurboGrafx16 when I came across this pic:

Apparently it also has a built in TV tunner as evidences by the antenna in the picture on the box.

If I remember correctly these were released out here in the US also. I think it was known as the turbo duo

Turbo Duo was the combination of the TG16 and the TGCD systems.

You're probably thinking of the Turbo Express, which is a lot like the PC Engine pic above, except for the fact that it doesn't fold in half.
