Would a VGA adaptor for my Dreamcast make a huge difference?

I've got it connected through AV cables and its got like black borders around it. :[

Yes.

Any chance anyone has a link to gamecube component cables on GS/EB's website? I can't find them even with backordered items shown -- i wanted to see if my local GS had them. :| $5 is better than $50.

I think the most depressing event/scene/idea of all the movies I've seen is Uncle Ben's death in the Spiderman movies.

Watch more films.
Braveheart ending.
That's pretty sad. What's the exact topic we're talking here? Most depressing death in a movie?
It's when Lester sees his wife with the dude she's cheating with while working the Drive-thru window.
American Beauty?
American Beauty?
Addams Family. That scene with Uncle Lester was heart breaking  .

Edit: D'oh it's Uncle Fester

The end of Serenity, when the pilot gets impaled. Maybe not depressing, but certainly shocking.

Young Guns II: When Pretty much everyone dies.

Ok, not a movie, but Major Dad's death at the end of the first season of Jericho was one of the saddest deaths i've ever seen.

The end of Saving Private Ryan, again, everyone dies.

End of Gladiator, but more bitter-sweet.

The end of Big Fish when the dad dies.

I could go on all night.

That movie was absolute garbage.

Sadder in the book, IMO.

Better than GoF. Really didn't like that one. OotP was good though.

Rat trap is set. I hope I get some bounty in the morn.

Is it strange that every time I get RickRolled I wind up actually listening to the whole song?

Damn its just so catchy....

They really screwed up GoF, especially the ending to the maze.

The last two Potter films really needed to be extended out into two films a piece at least. Especailly Order Of The Phoenix. I felt there was just too much crammed into them without much in terms of breathing room to allow the plot to flow better.
Overscan is only a problem for CRT TVs.

It's when the picture is zoomed in too close.
And rear projection sets.

Frosty, I'm guessing Overscan Mode slightly crops the edges of the picture so you don't see the digital noise on digital channels, or to lessen the black bars on older material (usually games).

Changed my transmission fluid today. Man, was my ATF dark as hell. New, it is cherry red, used is light pink, mine was brown/black. Weeeee
Hell yes. (only a few games don't work with the VGA adapter)
Any inside tips for scoring a set of component cables for my cube?

it seems to zoom in on the standard 4:3 size when I enable it.

i still have some sort of issue where Tekken 5: DR is slightly larger than my screen -- i can only partially see the "press start" above the life bars and the names towards the side edges end up cropping out. no video setting in tekken 5, but the rest of the stuff seems A-OK.

Frosty, then yeah, that's what I thought Overscan mode would do.

Not sure about your Tekken:DR problem though, LCDs should be 1:1 pixel mapped.
Overscan mode is off right?
On my Olevia LCD, it was perfect.

RE: Gamecube component cables are hard to get, at least official ones are.
I bought mine off Strell.
