Hey guys.

Hi Johnny.

The post-processing for the Hauppauge HD PVR is horrendous. I rendered this 2 minute video in Sony Vegas 9 and it took 20 min. And not to mention the uploading and youtube conversion. But it does look mighty nice in HD. :) Anyone know of any other software that might be faster at rendering and have the same quality?

Gonna see how Wii Game footage looks next. :]

First day of classes, and it's going to be a long, boring day. I have 2 hours between each of my 3 classes today. I imagine it won't be so bad when I have work to do, but it will be lame today.

14 Degrees...:whee:
Tell me about it. I'm lucky enough to have a corner cubicle with a window but the downside is its drafty as hell and all the cold air is seeping in. It's gotta be about 60 at my desk. My nose, feet, and hands are freeeeeezing. :cold:
Weird question but I'll throw it out there anyway: Anyone have a blender recommendation?
I've never had a problem with Oster. Black and Decker make good ones to, FWIW.

Let me go look, the one Chika got for Christmas last year is pretty boss -- biggest plus is that it's a blender and food processor -- the base has 2 different "cups" that attach -- one is the blender cup the other the food processor...

Cuisnart Smart Power Duet?
Tell them someone needs to come and look at that window, Mak.
This one was just installed a year ago so that means it will be fixed/replaced around 2070.

Wow, nice. I'll have to get that when I move out again. But for now my mom just needs a blender blender .. something simple to mix up liquids and such. There's one there on Amazon for $42 that seems decent.
mak's trying to make Canadian Club slushes!!
Holy shit, worms gets re-dunka-dunkulously hard as you get higher in the challenges.
Challenges = small intestines?

White Russians are da bes. The bartender at the bar I frequent loves my friend and I so she makes them extra strong and puts them in a huge mug and only charges us $2 for them.

Yeah. The thing is, though, my stomach and back muscles are the only thing making me bipedal, right now. By the end of the day, I'm going to feel like I have Brad Pitt's six pack.

I have a couple of bulging discs, and they slip out pretty far, from time to time, and fuck with the nerves in my buttock and leg.

Normally, I'd go to the chiropractor, but I don't have insurance, anymore. I have to erase the pain by lying on the concrete floor for an hour a day, or so.

I legit can't bend over once I'm standing. I have to pee in the bathroom sink because I can't look down.

Man that sucks. I had a similar problem back in October and I could barely walk. It was so bad that my legs and feet hurt from compensating for my posture. The doctor gave me some pills that helped decrease the inflammation and then I went to physical therapy for two weeks. I haven't had a problem since. *knock on wood*

Do you find steps incredibly difficult to navigate when you have a flare up? Other than bending over for stuff, that most excruciating part of my day was going up or down stairs.

Hell yeah. Stairs, getting in the car and taking showers are the absolute worst when you can barely walk.

Thankfully, my back isn't like this all the time. It gets like this three or four times a year.

Other than that, after I had my surgery, my back is pretty solid. I'd give it a 70%.
