[quote name='Brak']Yeah. The thing is, though, my stomach and back muscles are the only thing making me bipedal, right now. By the end of the day, I'm going to feel like I have Brad Pitt's six pack.
I have a couple of bulging discs, and they slip out pretty far, from time to time, and

with the nerves in my buttock and leg.
Normally, I'd go to the chiropractor, but I don't have insurance, anymore. I have to erase the pain by lying on the concrete floor for an hour a day, or so.
I legit can't bend over once I'm standing. I have to pee in the bathroom sink because I can't look down.

Man that sucks. I had a similar problem back in October and I could barely walk. It was so bad that my legs and feet hurt from compensating for my posture. The doctor gave me some pills that helped decrease the inflammation and then I went to physical therapy for two weeks. I haven't had a problem since. *knock on wood*
Do you find steps incredibly difficult to navigate when you have a flare up? Other than bending over for stuff, that most excruciating part of my day was going up or down stairs.
