The best Parental Control program?

My little cousins come over sometimes and use the PC for flash game websites and I don't want any funny business going on if I'm not there.

Is there a good/easy program that can filter out bad sites? ( custom filtering I guess)

Norton AV had this option and since I upgraded to NOD32, I don't know if it has that option.
 
I wouldn't let children loose, unsupervised, on my primary PC no matter what. You are asking for trouble.

Get them a console and some games.
 
You can always lock IE & only let them go to whitelisted sites. That what I do for the computer that I let my younger sibblings use. Just unblock the specific sites that they want to go to and you're good to go.

Norton Internet Security has content filtering, but NIS takes a lot of mem and I don't know how well it works.
