Well it's not just the trouble of understanding large numbers, but the fact that $100 million is the the collective lifetime earnings of ~50 average US households.

but, I'm more concerned that they actually take $100m out and don't add anything on. I'd rather them spend less, even if it is the equivalent of 1/4 of a penny in $100.
