Some months ago I got a 75% coupon for PWD after crafting a badge. Was going to buy it, but the very next day the game went on sale at 50%, voiding the coupon (non stackable). Now I don't know / care about getting it

This is the real pull of the bundle. It's not as much of "oh, a bunch of games I wanted" as it is "oh, a bunch of games I don't already own." It's not great, but us Steam hoarders are more inclined to buy it because there aren't any repeats.

Tried out the demo a while ago during one of the previous sales. It has been on my wishlist ever since. It's a poker game with some very mild city building elements. You play poker, then use your winnings to buy/invest in income producing properties which allow you to buy into more poker games. Make enough money and you move on to the next town. The poker itself is standard, with the nice inclusion of a mechanic allowing you to put your opponents on tilt via showing your hand after a bluff.

Also, you can buy hats for your character, which appeals to reformed TF2 players like myself.

Glad it finally got bundled.

According to the steam page for Race Injection, the version that you get through steam is basically a bundle of RACE 07, STCC The Game 2, Formula RaceRoom, GT Power Expansion, Retro Pack & WTCC 2010 Pack. Has anybody bought the Outer Limits bundle and redeemed the Race Injection key that they gave you? Is so, can you confirm that it contains all of that stuff?

EDIT: Doh, never mind. It actually says as much on the bundle page for the outer limits bundle. I could have saved myself a few minutes of composing the post if I had only bothered to read the damn bundle page. lol

The Race Injection in the Outer Limits Bundle will give you all 6 items as mentioned from the steam store page but if you already own the base game RACE 07 which comes with the Formula RaceRoom Add-On, it will just add STCC The Game 2, GT Power Expansion, Retro Pack & WTCC 2010 Pack.

Strange, Steam's base price for this is still $19.99, and Enhanced Steam says its lowest price ever was $6.62 on Nuuvem. So I guess this is the lowest it's been. And it doesn't seem to have been bundled before as far as I can tell.

I played a few hours of 2 and it was fun, but there are so many other RPGs in my backlog, not sure if I would play it enough to enjoy the expac

Never really heard of the other 3 games in the bundle

If you don't have Pirates, it may be worth picking up at this price. TW2 got rave reviews.

About TW1: Personally I liked it, but I did have to fight to get it to run in a stable way on my computer. Also most people didn't care for it very much--the consensus was that it was just too generic.

Septerra Core is an older JRPG-type game that's been bundled a few times. I never had much interest in it personally but I'm not partial to JRPGs.

Encore and Gorky 17 are some really old TopWare titles that were (relatively) recently released on Steam. Both, especially the latter, have a weak claim to being an RPG. They're mostly strategy titles.

I don't know if that helps any,but there you go.

So there's 2 different prizes, each having 10 winners? Because ain't no way those games are worth $5,000.. it's the only thing that would make sense.
