I like Portugal
Spain>Portugal

Spain has some of the best looking girls in the world. That and Spanish accents are kinda hot, probably number 3 in the list of hot accents around the world. Number 1 is australian, then England, and then Spain.

Hey hey I'm up to 398 but my sig refuses to update this fact.
I've got 0 gamer points and proud of it!

I kinda wanna play Viva Pinata...
Do you have a 360?

It's nice to be given a math problem by a professor, recognise it and that it's been solved since the 1600s and avoid all the stress my classmates went through finding the answer.

Nice. I just picked up MGS3:Subsistence at Fry's for $24 and picked up Shenmue 2 for $10 while I was there. I wish they had Voodoo Vince there, I always look for it just in case, but to no avail.
Girlfriend's laptop needs a new harddrive.

Any suggestions on manufacturer? What about site to get it from (was leaning toward newegg.com)?
Seagate FTW.

5 year warranty, and in most tests, the 7200RPM drives come out on top, SATA or PATA.

Second bet would be Hitatchi.

Can anyone think of something for the following?:

- A green elf or fairy from a video game.

- A character, from a video game, with green shoes.

- A female video game character with a green top.

When I replaced my hard drive, I did exactly what you suggested. I just figured I'd get a second opinion.

I fear Hitachi and Fujitsu, as these are normally the drives I get stuck replacing at work. I tend to think of Hitachi as IBM drives, which were notorious for failures -- thus the rebranding of the Travelstar to the Deathstar. :D

This makes me think of kazoo from the flinstones and the happy little elves from the simpsons... though they have made games of those properties, so you may find some solace there.

Yeah, I know IBM drives has problems in the past, though the Travelstar is a damn good drive, from what I've seen and dealt with.

Seagate with the 5 year warranty is one that's on my list, especially that 100GB 7200 drive. I'd pick the Seagate above the Hitatchi, in any case.

Tech Report's review of the SATA versions of the PATA drives:
http://techreport.com/reviews/2006q1/mobile-hdds/index.x?pg=1

Holds true for the PATA drives as well.
Getting to watch Beetlejuice courtesy of AOL is great.
i was going to watch an episode earlier but it required a plugin for my firefox browser so I just said fuck it since I didn't have time.
Do you have a 360?
Nope. Other than PGR3, not that interested (And considering Im still trying to finish MSR on Dreamcast...)

Too bad for you, I guess. I'm greatly enjoying it. :D
Shoot me. Please.
Why? I dunno, 40S&W is sorta expensive these days...

Geez, this OTT is STILL around?
well on the plus side im on the 6th world of super mario advance 4: super mario bros. 3

on the negative side I can see my shitting face reflection on the bottom screen of my ds.

Damn, the speech lag on adult swim is killing it. Is anyone else experiencing it? I noticed it last night during family guy and right now on futurama.
anyone?

We were sailing along, on Moonlight Bay. You could hear the voices singing, they seemed to say, "You have stolen my heart -- and gone away, as we sing our moonlit song on Moonlight Bay!"
the next OTT should either be 'the slowest' or the 'the fastest', just as a matter of trying to self fullfill the prophecy.
Calling the next OTT the slowest might self-fulfill, but calling it the fastest will only ensure it's mind-numbing slowness.
Calling the next OTT the slowest might self-fulfill, but calling it the fastest will only ensure it's mind-numbing slowness.
Yeah, the title, "Crossfire," would imply speed in my mind. I can only imagine how much slower it'd go if it were blatantly named Fastest.
I can't only imagine how much slower it'd go if it were blatantly named Fastest.
Damn right you can't. Nobody can. It's unpossible.

Edit: Y'know, if instead of the game, the OP was really referring to the CNN show with what looked to be boring old men, then this OTT was a self-fulfilling prophecy indeed.

I suggest calling it the "Rosebud" OTT: Full of country goodness and green pea-ness.
I suggest calling it the "Rosebud" OTT: Full of country goodness and green pea-ness.
Yeah, I don't want the OTT to have a green pea-ness in it. Let's keep the OTT pure. Or at least wash your pea-ness off and wear a rubber.
Or at least wash your pea-ness off and wear a rubber.
 I'm thinking we just call it the 'Mind numbingly slow OTT'; it's not like it's gonna be anything different.

Green peas:

Helping you bone up

Green Peas provide nutrients that are important for maintaining bone health. They are a very good source of vitamin K1, which activates osteocalcin, the major non-collagen protein in bone. Osteocalcin anchors calcium molecules inside of the bone. Therefore, without enough vitamin K1, osteocalcin levels are inadequate and bone mineralization is impaired. Green peas also serve as a very good source of folic acid and a good source of vitamin B6. These two nutrients help to reduce the buildup of a metabolic byproduct called homocysteine, a dangerous molecule can obstruct collagen cross-linking, resulting in poor bone matrix and osteoporosis. One study showed that postmenopausal women who were not considered deficient in folic acid lowered their homocysteine levels simply by supplementing with folic acid by itself

Well, yeah... one should wear rubber gloves when preparing Green Peas.
To do otherwise would be unsanitary.

For a second there, green peas were looking like the natural viagra.

After glancing at the paragraph, however, it's not surprising that their spokesperson is a green giant...

So, wait...

What you're saying is that if someone doesn't indulge upon pea-ness, they may become homocystual?

:whistle2:k Huh. Thought it was the other way around.

Wearing gloves is a good thing. I do that in my menial cafeteria job (save for dishes, of course).

I get paid $8.65 an hour for easy work with almost no skill requirements, though. I'm not complaining. :D
