The Dancing Man (1 of many weird people in my town)

Crazy. He reminds me of the guy who was just on Tosh.0, just with more clothes on.

Does your town have one of those nut-job handicaps who drive their wheelchair backwards (as in they are going backwards) down all the busy roads?

no...but there is a legless woman in a wheelchair that goes up and down the road trying to bum cigarettes...she use to carry a notepad around acting like she was mute....lies
