I can see that Moxio, but I can also see where that same act could concievably fall under the 3rd subpoint of those rules. It could be another artist was doing the same thing and using a legal, yet somewhat underhanded way to get rid of competition, or it could be that the original owner, or the domestic liscencee of that intellectual property could be extremely protective of it.
