The Dreamcast on XBLA Thread. ( Recent - Quake Arena Arcade 11/24, 1200 MS Points )
From what I've read, it does NOT have the "og" soundtrack. I'm guessing they didn't want to shell out for the rights to the songs for a XBLA release.

That and I think the locations in the game (Pizza Hut, KFC, etc.) are gone as well. :(
Maybe it's just me, but for the locations, one can hardly tell a difference. Sure, it's not the loveable KFC (don't think I've had to go to where the Pizza Hut was yet), but it hasn't bothered me one bit.

For the soundtrack, while it's different, it also doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would. It still has that vibe at the very least.

played the demo, I think playing the real version on my dreamcast over the weekend made made this xbla version feel like garbage

good effort sega but I'm passing

Crazy Taxi is out now...

but you probably know that!

I also noticed some Space Channel 5 and Sega Bass Fishing advertisements. Very nostalgic.

Slightly off topic, but since Chu Chu Rocket is a popular game amongst Dreamcast lovers, I would like to let you know that it is on sale for the iPhone for $0.99 until December 1st.

I feel more or less the same....played the original a bit last week, then played the demo....though it was nice to have native ws and somewhat less jaggy gfx, I don't feel it's worth owning if you already have the dc version.
The Space Channel 5 I get, but I'm at a loss as to the addition of the Bass Fishing. Not saying it's a good or bad game (never had a dreamcast so never got to play most of the games), it just seems like an odd addition.
I know I'm a little late, but the reason they picked it is because there was a PC version. Everything they're put on XBLA or announced for XBLA has had a PC version (except for Space Channel 5 part 2), making it an easy port.
