The Federal Reserve finally exposed???

I thought everyone knew that banks borrow at low rates and lend to us at higher ones. The guy talks about savings accounts have low to no interest, well of course they don't. If the interest rates were raised they would have better rates, but then that loan you want will cost you more too. You can't have your cake and eat it too basically.
