The Gnarls Barkley SOTM...

Neon Blonde - Chandeliers In The Savannah, the album.

Death From Above 1979 - Heads Up, the EP.
Daughters - Canada Songs (Album)
If you like Daughters, check out As The Sun Sets. It's the band that existed before they split to form Daughters, and is a lot better.
So is Gnarls Barkley any good? A friend of mine is sending it to me this week so I guess I'll find out...
I like it, but I like a lot of different stuff so it really depends on that. It's a good mix of soul and hip-hop, but I think they can do better. Maybe on the next album. Still, it's above average.

Made a mix cd tonight at a friends with mainly indie rock on it. If anyone out there is interested I would love to spread the joy. Ranges from Eels to The Islands and The Clash(Yeah, I know they aren't indie) to Sparklehorse and Tom Waits. Thinking of adding some ska to it since that used to be my thing and still kind of is. Someone take it!

Awesome. I can't hear this song anymore without thinking of Gob.

I never heard this song until I saw G.O.B. do his illusion (it's not a trick).

We Are Scientists - With Love And Squalor, the album.

The Raconteurs - Broken Boy Soldiers, the album.
