The Great CAG Weight Loss Tally ~~ Grand Total: 116lbs!

It's been 9 days since I posted here.

I've been eating less and more healthy along with just doing basic crunches and push ups multiple times a day. I've lost 6 pounds in 9 days and i'm well on my way of getting back down to 140.

I've been at this for a little over 3 weeks and lost 9 lbs. Only 13 more to go before I can start eating somewhat normal portions.

You must not be really tall... Im stuck in holding pattern, gained about 1 lb in the past month... 166... still trying to get to 180, will have to eat more (yes healthy)

Those big exercise balls are amazing for ab workouts. They make pushups a lot easier on your feet too. Not to mention you've gotta balance more and use more muscles doing that.

Loving the cottage cheese recommendation for protein from the workout thread. The light stuff has very little calories and tastes great. It's been a nice mixup in the old whole grain bread and lean meats every day.

Good on you, sean. How long did it take?

I think the smallest waist size I've been able to pull off is a 34 at my prime during high school.. I'm a big guy though. I've given up on being able to wear smaller than large size shirts due to the width of my shoulders. I hate trying to shop at the mall stores.. sleeves come halfway up my arms. Same goes for shoe shopping.

I am one of those people that starts to train and work out and then just stops. I have grown my self a pair of moobs and was wondering what workout is the best to get rid of them? My belly I can live with if I am a little pudgy, but the moobs need to go.

Started 3 Years ago

265/230/200 - 35 lbs

I was down to 183, then gained some back so I wouldn't look so sickly, as my wife put it. Then I broke my foot and all hell broke loose, not to mention my waist line...heh. Back at it now and slowly getting there.

I weigh 165 right now. I'm looking to drop another 10 lbs. I got up to 170 a few weeks ago and immediately starting running the very next day.

I've started doing 20 minute runs everyday as well as weight training every single day. My belly sticking out so in another month or so I hope it fades away.

I've cut out all soda from my diet which I think will be a big help. I'm starting my day with a bowl of Raisin Bran and milk followed by a meal of whatever is around the house, usually its some kind of meat that I toast/grill.

99% of the food I eat is not fried. Regardless of what I find, if I can't toast it in my oven, I don't eat it. I had some rice today and I think I have a craving for some more Raisin Bran. Although since I haven't had any protein I'm thinking of heating some chicken.

Part of the problem is that there is so much food around the house it's hard not to indulge yourself. Plus in my house whatever food is put on you're plate, you're expected to finish so that's another habit that I want to break. I'm like the only health conscious person in my entire home.

Add me to the list. I am 5'3 and 140lbs. This is the heaviest I have ever been and I hate it. I would love to get back down to 125. In November I am going to an anime con and I don't want to be a chubby little Sailor Moon. So here goes....

I'm 5'11"...I don't know if that's considered tall anymore. I think that's about average.

I'll give it a try. I always start trying to lose and always quit pretty quickly. Hopefully that wont be the case. Im 6'2" and at 275.

So... (275/275/235)

So I started dieting and exercising 1 week ago and things are going well. I cut down on the amount of food I eat and what kinds of food I eat. I am also walking around the city more and doing stepmania. (I also just realized that my avatar is sailor moon eating a bunch of cookies.) (140/136/125)

whoa, that is really thin... when I hit my rock bottom weight wise, I was 135 at a height of 5'11"... it was right after a hiatus in my current relationship and I didnt care how I looked... luckily about 5 months later I met my current wife and had already hit 150... still currently around 166... I feel so skinny next to some of these meatheads at the gym. I dont want to be bulky, but I dont want people to mention the word skinny in my prescence.

I always would get crap about my weight from larger people. The "you make me sick" comments and the worst where I would always be reminded that my metabolism would catch up with me and I would plump up... well Im 33 and in very good shape, I was always active growing up and didnt get overloaded with junk the way kids do today. Its nice to prove the doubters wrong, especially when I see how aged alot of people my own age start to look, and I get carded buying a movie from Best Buy last week

[quote name='SpazX']Update for me (though I'm not in the OP anyway ):

I'm also not in the OP, guess we don't matter.

Anyhow, it's been nearly a month and I'm down to 261. I'm getting closer and closer to that goal of 240.
