The 'Growing' Barry Bonds

As the great sports radio people say here....

tsk, tsk, tsk.....asterisk (*)

Bonds SHOULD have that next to his name if he breaks Aarons record. Shameful to baseball.
From 1998 to 1999, the "juice" looks like it began to flow.
Yep, I was going to say the same thing.....

1998
.262, 34 HRs, 83 RBI
(slump year maybe....)

1999
.306, 49 HRs, 106 RBI
(needed that edge)

while i don't really care if bonds juiced or not... take a look at the young roger clemens and now... he also got big..... i just thought these players just got fat.

Tony Gwynn is massively overrated.
This is the funniest thing I've ever read.

Oh yeah, Bonds and his giant head are going to the hall of fame, going to break the HR record and will not have an asterisk in the record books. In 100 years, however, he will be remembered for cheating in the minds of most fans more than any of his "accomplishments." That's the best punishment there is for someone who seems so obsessed with being regarded as the greatest baseball player of all time.

Gwynn is overrated, because batting average is overrated. Every player that has a lot of their value in batting average is overrated. I don't blame you for it.
