well it looks like the makers will end up releasing a version that does not have the 17 yr old showing her tits, but they have not hit the shelves yet. That would make this version pretty rare i imagine.

You'd think they'd be smart enough to cut their losses and not spend the money on another production run. Actually, they made the game in the first place, so you probably wouldn't expect them to be that smart.

Vendors have NOT pulled this game and will NOT pull it. The copies that are in stores now will stay in stores now until sold, after that, they will not be making any more of this game.

So yeah, if you can get your hands on it (no pun intended), grab it now (again, no pun intended) because once it's out of stores, that's it.. no more sealed copies, just used copies, and who'd want a used copy? Gross.

If game has 17 year old breats and it's proven, you could never sell it anyway, so how many people would care how rare it is? By the letter of the law, you'd be trafficking in child porn if you sell this, maybe even to buy it. Who'd want that?

Yeah, but people collect those traci lords movies cause they like traci lords. Probably not the same collectibility factor for a random 17 year old. However...I can almost guarantee that they checked ids with the waivers (unless they are completely brain dead) and if allegations are true and she was using a fake id they will likely not be prosecuted (obviously free alcohol was involved).

It wouldn't really be a big fuss in Illinois, because 17 is the legal age. Hell, I don't think any street vendors got arrested for selling the R.Kelly tape and that girl was way younger.
 
they kept canceling my auctions but I kept relisting for 1 day auctions. I ended up selling 4 copies for 66 each and they canceled the auctions that people won and refunded my fees. So, I sold all of those games without having to pay ebay fees.

You're right, it IS working if it's a scam. I bought 5 copies myself (sold 4 for over 250).
 
I am going to go to gamerush and get one :) hopefully :(

if they take the girl out it better have a different cover art or something noticeable
