if you live near the ocean, with little experience you can get a job paying like $20/hr. the best way is to work for a summer camp. many of them will pay for you to get certified (about $250), and only require that you work there for that summer. i worked for a day camp, with no experience, they paid for me to get certified and i made over $12/hr plus they provided hot lunch, milk/juice/water, 2 snacks, bagels/muffins/coffee 5 days a week.
Noice. Too bad I'm a few hundred miles inland.
I dunno if Rocko's on the coast or not though.
Lifeguarding?

Definitely not my thing.
You'd take retail over lifeguarding? Madness.

He just might not be a great swimmer.

True.

I'd probably pass on the ocean lifeguarding (even though it sounds awesome) because the ocean scares the fuck outta me after a certain depth.
There are a few exceptions though. The section of the coast that I went to here in Texas at Corpus Christi is flat (like 2-3 feet deep) for a loooong distance out. That'd be alright.

But you could be a real life David Hasselhoff.

Definitely not a fan of the drunks (or maybe they just have AIDs?) in AC as I took an informer mission where I need to get some kills and ran into an alley full of them, so they tossed me back and forth until time ran out. I do like killing them and seeing that nobody nearby cares that they're dead.

Gulf coast, yeah, I'm right there.

No way I'd be a lifeguard, though.

Apparently Taco Bell has recently incorporated two new things I never noticed before:

1) The (re?)-introduction of green sauce
2) The new Fresco menu

I've had green sauce at Del Taco before, and it's not bad. I would try the Fresco menu but it doesn't apply to the Value menu so *thumbs down*.
I saw a documentary that suggested that as well. Demolition Man I believe it was called.
I saw that documentary, too. It took place in real time.

Hey OTT.

I hate move-in in the dorm. The people moving in bitch about everything. And I've been an RA in 9 different buildings, this one is like so damn nice (nearly every room is a studio apartment). Oh well, 4 more months of this and I'm done.

I wish my gf had a hot ass.
this is cute, it will make you smile http://hellishhumor.com/funny/cute-and-crazy-pictures-of-animals.html
Thanks for that. My girl loved it and she could use a little humor these days.

My choice for best of the bunch:

This shirt is dry-clean only. That means it's dirty!

Also, I can't wait 'til this is over, 'cuz I got a roll of Lifesavers in my pocket. And the next one is paaaawwwwwn-apple.

Quoted for posterity and evidence against you. :) Unless you find a spot for me on your Live list, you popular bastard...

And what's this with moving in day being in January? In 4 years of college, I only moved in during January once... and that was because I was interning/co-op for the fall semester.

I didn't realize I was full. I'll knock someone off and add you, probably later tonight.

Well, here it is co-op. About 40% of our school is on co-op at any given point (we all do 6 months, Jan-June or July-Dec) and about 10-20% of them are co-oping out of state. So we have about 5-10% of the student population coming back every January, and about the same leaving in December for out-of-state co-ops.

We also have 40% of the students here for summer for classes or co-op (since we have to make up the time we lost on co-op by taking 2 summer classes in addition to going 5 years). So we have the most students living on campus year-round out of any school.

And my gf knows she's all chest.
I need to get this on DVD.
I just found out they released a complete series boxset. Son of a bitch. I've got seasons 1 and 2, and now I can complete the whole thing.

While you're at it, get Mitch Hedberg stuff too.
fucking nosebleeds. I have been getting them a lot lately and it sucks balls.
saline nose spray works well.

I will probably pick some up from work on Monday. Thanks for the recommendation.

I've considered shaving my beard in half, and having a half-beard... but I don't know what society would think.

who cares what society thinks, man. fight the system. :)
$85 at Deep Discount, and I can wait until the next 20% off sale.

It shall be well, well worth it.
How many seasons were there?

Even $85 seems like a lot. You can get the seperate seasons for wicked cheap.

Maybe i'll have to obtain them through other methods.
