Not sure if this goes in Old School or PC; if I made the wrong choice, I apologize.

I was just thinking about going to school when I was young, and I remembered playing this game. It was pretty fun; you'd use different items to solve puzzles. For example, you might need to catch a rat, and you'd drop a bowling ball into a basket, that flips over, turning a wheel, which causes a switch to be pressed, letting a cat out of a cage to catch the rat.

I looked around, and saw that they haven't made a recent version of it. All I see is the old school version, and one that works for Windows 95/98.

I have Windows XP Home Edition. What would be the best version to buy, and the best deal, if there is any, so that I can relive my childhood? :)

I used to love this game. I found one at Target in a bin full of $1.00 games in budget game packaging about 7 or 8 months ago actually.

Cool. Glad to see others liked the game, too. Thanks for the links, Scorch. :)

Howlinmad, I think I remember hearing about the Target $1 games version, but I was never able to find it. I guess I'll keep looking out.

Man, The Incredible Machine brings back so many memories. They even encouraged us to play this game in one of the Technology classes in high school.
