How to get this deal:

Sign-up for an account to Disney Movies Anywhere (See details and sign-up here)
Go to settings and link your new account with your iTunes account
Once connected you will find a FREE copy of The Incredibles under your movie purchases in iTunes

NOTE: You may need to sign out of iTunes before connecting.

worked for me and you can do it via the app on iOs as well.

It will also upgrade the majority of Disney movies on iTunes to HD if you had them in SD.
