Madagascar, The Wild, The Barnyard, Over the Hedge, The Ant Bully. Is anybody else as tired of the flood of CG movies about talking animals and insects making shitty pop culture reference as I am?

Now does that include TMNT?

:D
Get her to fix his hat.
Only if she can fix his lyrics first.

(She never likes it when I joke about that.)

Pay day today was pretty sweet...367.50 for 24 hours of work. 20% aside for taxes and 35 into my gas fund, and the rest goes into my spending pile

I hope before school starts up I can put 400-500 in the bank though. Might as well instead of letting it sit around.
I just have this thing about Robert sounding too goddamn formal.

So I opt for the nickname.

And I kill people who call me by any other nickname.

It is good to know our name is supposed to mean "destined for greatness."
I hate being called Christopher. I get pissed even when my parents call me that. So thus I go by Chris. Though if I want to fuck with people online, I'll use variants like Christof or Kit (which many people still don't know is a variation of said name). I hated my name in Spanish class, Cristobal. Sounds too much like crystal ball, ugh...

Picked up a few Xbox games at EB and Fry's today. At EB, I used my Buy 2 Get 1 free coupon to get Breakdown and Spikeout with the Top Spin/NCAA Football 05 combo disc for free. The funny thing I noticed is that the clerk just shoved the sleeves into the manual holder instead of taking them out and putting them in the discs holder. At Fry's, I was hoping to get Lego Star Wars, but found nothing, so I picked up Fusion Frenzy and The Warriors for $10 and $20.

 The new Mythbusters was great, and so was the episode after that. They nearly electrocuted Adam with the Arc of the Covenant by putting 10k volts through his body. The new Buster looks nice, well nice before they dropped him from 60 ft up while in a car.

I hate to burst your bubble but that episodes kind of old actually. The new episode for tonight was about whirlpools and a car being blown over by a snow plow.

I hate any version of my real name, so much so that I refuse to tell some people, informing them they should give me a nickname. Hell, at one point, more people knew me as "Asshole" than by my real name. It got so widespread I started introducing myself as such.

Well what do you know, I did have your name right afterall...

;)

Home again! Great time for such a trip. I drove 400 miles at an average of 15 mph over the speed limit without a registration to my car. I went to put something in my glove box and realized it was fairly empty.

Dude, you're fucking lucky on that. At least you made it home safely and all

I was close with Assmotron.
Now does that include TMNT?

:D
They're mutants and ninjas, not just normal talking animals, so I wouldn't count them. ;)

That was great, too, so it still works. ;)

 I didn't know Dane Cook was in Mystery Men as the Waffler. Too bad William H Macy is in it, as he kind of ruins it.

"I... am the Waffler. With my griddle of justice, I BASH the enemy in the head, or I burn them like so! I also have some truth syrup, which is low in fat."
I really love when my professor butchers the fuck out of my essays. Hell I can barely read half of his handwriting.
Ha, it's like most professors/teachers never learned good penmanship.
Ha, it's like most professors/teachers never learned good penmanship.
I have always tend to write small but legable to tons of people. I always use to get yelled at because of it. This dudes' is worse than chicken scratch. Also I swear he goes over it and marks some things and I am like whatever I will revise. Then I get it back with more things marked then I actually have written.

I have rather small handwriting, too, but like yours, most people can read it.

I love when they don't mark the paper up that much and then write a long-ass note at the end.

Yeah I know what you mean. I had a teacher in high school tell me I better improve my handwritting (make it bigger I guess) before I get into college.
Edit: sblymnl do you have season 1 on dvd.
Yes. Damn flippers piss me off ... what's the point of having a DVD changer if you have to open it up every couple hours and turn the discs around? :bomb:
On a somewhat related note, Jack White is the worst musician in ROCK.
I'm going to ignore you now. Seriously.
I'm so disappointed in you :nottalking:
Why's that?

Well, if you like Steady As She Goes, I won't be too dissappointed

:D

When I was growing up, the other kids thought my name was pronounced "SEEN" instead of Sean...and I've never had a nickname.

Meh, as long as I eat Peanutbutter Captain Crunch today all will be ok.

Pickleshits. Looks like it will be another two or three weeks before I get my new PC going, what with the price gouging on Conroe motherboards. Go to hell, Intel chipset. I'll wait for some sweet Nvidia action.
I even had a teacher, who was old, call me Seen all the time. I mean come on, how did she NOT know it sounds like "Shawn"
Ha, that's kinda sad.
Oh yeah, Feedback by J5 is a bit disappointing at first listen.
It opens and closes awesome. The middle...not as excellent.

The Jackson 5 released a new CD...?

That is interesting that House is a flipper. I was pissed off when I bought Sleepers and it was a flipper. The old version of Goodfellas is like that also which is just ridiculous.

Yes. I still have a beef with him after he admited his fault. I wish he wouldn't have waited for so long. His numbers are enough though. If Barry Bonds gets in Rose as well as people like Shoeless Joe Jackson and the such should get in.

Edit: Yeah I was just kidding with Jackson 5 I thought it was funny.
That is interesting that House is a flipper. I was pissed off when I bought Sleepers and it was a flipper. I'd prefer it were just a 6 disc set.

Yeah for sure. It is weird for them to put a TV show on a flipper. I have always been against the two sided discs anyways.
This is the slowest thing ever.

(Taking cue from Mike Greenberg) So, should Pete Rose be elected into the HOF?
Maybe, but he neeeds to stay in purgatory for a few more years. I do think it is unfair that people like Steinbrenner get to come back to the game after doing things that are absolutely deplorable, while Pete has to sit out though.

Then again a used car salesman is the person running MLB, so it is not like anyone should put any faith in Selig ever doing the right thing.

As far as Barry goes, even without steroids he would have been in the HOF, and unlike Pete he will never be caught. Just look at the case the government has three years down the road. They have no one who can definitively pin steroids on him, and have resulted to trying to squeeze people like Greg Anderson since they have no case. Drug dealers will have spent less time in jail than Anderson after the Fed's put him through the ringer and they still won't have anything. Also I love how we have a whole investigation into steroids and we only focus on one person, when there have been many who have used and will never be investigated.

Pete's strikes me as the Castro of baseball. When he dies he'll get into the Hall like when Castro dies we'll open trade with Cuba.

Have Pete kill Castro, and if he does, he gets into the HOF, and we open up trade with Cuba? :D
Chris Cornell to do the opening to the new bond flick, huh....
That would be cool. Maybe. Depends on if it's Soundgarden/Audioslave or Can't Change Me style.
Have Pete kill Castro, and if he does, he gets into the HOF, and we open up trade with Cuba? :D
Only if he does it by suicide bomb.
It's always nice to be woken up hours before you have to to the sounds of construction tearing up the road right outside your window.
Enjoy your final.
