That's what I was thinking when he said unstable. No wonder they make you put it in a plastic bag when you fly on planes. You know, to contain the explosion:roll:.
Don't roll your eyes, this is terrism, dammit! 9/11 changed everything, national security is at stake! :I
Austin itself is great, I agree.
They are more conservative/traditionalist when it comes to parenting, but when it comes to politics, they're nutso liberals to a fault.
They honestly support a tax raise so the government can take more of their money away and give it to the poor for universal health care, for example. It boggles my mind.
What about socially?
What about socially?
What do you mean by socially? Like gay marriage and such?
They're more conservative/traditional when it comes to that too: anti-abortion and anti-gay marriage; they also loathe the "MTV culture," of hoes and such that's so prevalent here in the States.

They are a political dichotomy.
They are a political dichotomy.
Indeed. After the Iraq debacle, however, they're gonna be voting for Democrats for a long time.
They weren't such die hard democrats before though: they voted for Doll, after the Monica Lewinsky scandal back in '96 because they felt Clinton acted so immorally that he shouldn't lead.
Ever since then though, it's all about the Dems.

Wow, that was quick!
You actually took our advice on that movie.
And all because one little youtube clip. hehe.

I'm listening to Pavement finally. I'm so late on them.
Love 'em! (most of the time).
And the lead singer looks just like my best friend, ha.

He's Bateman, yes. Kill anyone? No.

Just like how his shitty little Glock didn't blow up a cop car. ;)

The murder spree was all in his head, and I expect it was helped along by the cocaine he was doing. I don't even think Detective Kimball exists, personally, and that all scenes with him, along with the hooker and girls Bateman killed, was dreamt in his head. I expect he did so while listening to music, and his thoughts and fantasies stemmed from that (as well as his monologues concerning the music). The scenes where people saw him with evidence of murder (like the girl in the dry cleaning shop, and the gay guy from work seeing Paul Allen's body) was also a dream sequence, that could show that he WANTED people to see that he was murdering people. As you'll recall, Paul Allen did indeed go to England, and the closet full of women did not exist. Further the people he killed, aside from Paul Allen, were all characters that wouldn't be missed, so to speak- mere aquaintances or minor friends and a hooker, so they could easily not even exist.

Most of his anger came from yuppies like himself, and was helped along by drugs, his easy job, shitty friends and transparent lives. The music and murders were an outlet for his frustration with his situation.

At least, that's what I think. :]

No. Probably not.

The book is worth a read, because it was written by a man. The film was directed by a woman, and was adapted into a film about male vanity. (The book was about female vanity.)

Every example of male vanity in that movie made me lol, from his routine in the mornings (My aftershave doesn't contain alcohol because it dries out your face and makes you look older) to watching himself screw the chicks in the mirror.

But the best was the business card scene. Oh god did that rock.
I need to watch American Psycho again. Been a few months.
Same.

I think I'll add it to my Netflix Queue now...
Loving Indigo Prophecy. Niether the action nor the plot has let up in a while.
If you love it so much why don't you marry it?

But really, you have been raving about it for a while now. Keep it up and people might start getting the wrong idea that it's a good game. ;)

It does start out really well...
but the last half of the game is retarded

:!:

You know what would be cool? Indigo Prophecy on the Wii. Since the game used the analog sticks to replicate the characters hand movements it would be a perfect fit on the Wii. Imagine opening doors just by pushing foward or grabbing objects by mimicking the movements with the Wii-mote and nunchuck.

Hmm. The new White Stripes album is tempting, but I don't want to blow my ratio on something I'm not going to be able to seed because 300 other people are trying to do the same thing.

It'll be out there in another day or two. I can wait. :)

That idea = fucking awesome.

Instead of pushing "A" you put the nunchuck at a 45 degree angle while wagging the Wiimote to and fro to open doors. Genius.

EDIT: Instead of sesame seeds, it's pumpkin seeds.

I really am loving it though. I just ran into my first big issue in the game. During a dream sequences, I some how glitched into a house that I wasn't supposed to be in and I was trapped in a hallway and couldn't open any doors :/. I've seen worse games in other games though .

I keep forgetting I own Viva Pinata.

I think I played it for, like, thirty minutes.

I don't care about them, I want Pronger to be hit by lightning.

And I remember when Goku and Gohan took a bath in one of those barrels.

Drat. I guess I'll have to buy the tasty candy animal sex on my own then. :|
It's me! Looks fun, maybe I'll buy it when I get my next paycheck. Last weekend wiped me out.

I'll get that and Viva Pinata.

If one of you wants to buy me Oblivion... an free game is fine too. :D
Holy shit you didn't say "paycheque"!

And yeah, GS/EB B2G1 dude. I need to hit that shit up, but I'm poor as a mutha fucker :(.
New White Stripes is on OiNK.

:)
Best news ever.

So I've got a friend coming over. We're going to watch Dress to Kill. Since I've not seen it, and therefore fail at life.
