This is a good deal for me because I personally hated the 2nd and 3rd film, and that has kept me from buying the box set. I was searching around and the only place I found that sold the first matrix in HD alone was blockbuster.com. Its for 14.99, which isn't bad when compared to $41(which is $13.67 per movie) for the box set. I ordered mine on Monday and it was at my house on Friday. DVD was in decent shape, played perfectly and the case was brand new.

The website doesn't have a picture, but it is the HD version. It says two disc, but its only one disc with two sides. One side is HD version of the movie, the second side is SD dvd with bonus features.

BTW, blockbuster subscribers get a 10% discount I believe.

It's worth noting that since these are double sided they are the Matrix discs from the Ultimate Matrix Collection instead of the Complete Matrix Trilogy as those are single-sided. In the Complete Matrix Trilogy you don't get The Matrix Revisted or the other featurettes on the DVD side.

Does this come complete with a regular HD DVD case?
 
Yup, it comes with the complete original HD-DVD case (which is in great shape). Again, sure beats getting the box set if your only interested in getting the first movie.
