the Dr didn't even test me for it even though I have every single symptom. they did do a strep test despite me repeatedly telling them that my throat doesn't hurt, it's just raw from coughing:roll: they said it was because my throat was very red and "looked icky"
 
Sort of lame. I thought both the ECA discount and the 50% off coupon were taken right off the top of the price of the order at Amazon. But the CSR applied the coupon code and it just lowered the price of the DJ Hero game by $10, and then 50% off of that only saved me an extra $5 instead of $10. :[

Yeah. But the symptoms are pretty much "flu symptoms." Stuffy head, congestion, runny nose, nausea, tired, etc. Nothing new under the sun, really.

Strange that the doc did not test you though. Super strange and/or shady and/or lazy.
 
I'm a dumbass the Kentucky v Louisville game isn't until next Saturday.

Might as well try to set up that port forwarding on the PS3.

the extra symptoms that differentiates it from regular flu are intense nausea and/or diarrhea and prolonged fever as opposed to intense fever for 2 days.

Got stuck in traffic with a bunch of high school dropouts University of Kentucky fans driving to Cincinnati early last Saturday morning.

This oldies station that's on at work makes me want to bury a ballpoint pen in my skull. Can't turn it off, as it's tied into the lights, and can't change the station because the digital tuner's burned out and I'll never find the station again.

I saw some duracell batteries at big lots for cheap. Strange thing was that they were in some big lots generic packaging. I thought they were knockoffs, but they were duracells.
 
Who would be up for an all-expert Beatles band to get the 1,000,000 points in one song achievement? I can do bass/guitar on any song.

We could also get together any old 4 person band to get that achievement, the 8x one, and the harmonies one (or whatever it's called where you get the star power boost).

Yeah they invaded up there last week. I really can't stand UK fans anymore. They have been such hardcore bandwagon football fans it aint funny. I remember not that long ago that you couldn't even give away tickets for free nobody wanted to watch them.

Now UK basketball fans have just blasted into outer space with their radical fanaticism. It's embarrassing.
 
I spent my first year of college at UK. They were hated at the time, though there was a glint of promise b/c of Tim Couch.

Oh, I remember those days. At least I'm not bandwagon. Hated 'em then, hate 'em now. Not as much as I hate the fucking buckeyes though.

I would be down. I'd have to take guitar or bass (likely the latter), as I'm not that good at the Beatles songs on expert vocals.

I do have a mic stand though, so I could probably do a harmony while playing (if that even works online).

I didn't mean vocal harmonies. There's an achievement for getting guitar/bass/drums "harmonies". I forget what they're called, but it's that thing where all 3 instruments have a star power section and everyone hits it, and you get double star power.

You need to do that on like 6 songs for the achievement, so you need at least 3 people, no vox required though.

You need 4 people for the 8x multiplier, the start a story with 4 players achievement, and it would help for the 1,000,000 points and for 60 second long star power.

Those rewards for getting however many pictures are awesome. I'm really impressed with every aspect so far, especially the nuances throughout it. All the little clips before each song starts, the mannerisms, even that fucking mole on the side of Ringo's face. I wish I had a few extra points right now, "All You Need is Love" is just sitting there, taunting me every time I turn my 360 on.

I can't believe it is still raining... it has been raining almost non-stop since like 9PM last night.

Ah, OK. Still, wouldn't hitting vocal harmonies get you more points, which would help with the 1,000,000 points?
 
Long Beach Comic Con? Never heard of it, but Stan Lee, Jim Lee, Lou Ferrigno, and a bunch of other mildly famous people are going to be there.
