full title should read: The official "I should be writing a paper that is due tomorrow, but I just don't give a fuck anymore, and I'd rather waste my time dicking around on CAG instead because I'm a lazy horse" topic



This one is on business ethics! YAY! YAY! YAY! Of course as are the majority of my other papers these days... which of course makes me flashback to Billy Madison "Business Ethics"
 
What an odd coincidence. I should be writing a paper right now too. Seriously though, I always try to procrastinate as much as possible. I hate writing any kind of paper with a passion, despite the fact that its typically easy to do once I get started.
 
yeah, I should probably be calling this girl too. I have a night off work *GASP* so I could actually bring her back here for awhile, but papers to write, papers to write, maybe I can get it done by 11:00, that'd be good. Seriously, after college is done, I'm hiring a secretary to write everything for me, that includes my CAG posts.
 
I should be finishing up Romeo & Julliet, answering some essay questions, and writing a critique on a play I saw a week ago. It's worth 30% of my grade, and yet I'm lounging around on the net looking for a distraction. :p
 
I'm with you guys. I just finished my research...now it's a matter of acutally putting words on the page. My paper is on the subversion ofpower relations of discourse within hip hop music. must....write...opening....paragraph....
 
hehe, i just said let me go look at cag before i write my paper. Looks like we have stuff in common. Last night i did the same thing for the paper due today and i ended up not finishing until 4 am =(
 
I should be proof-reading my story due tomorrow along with finishing another paper due Wednesday and two presentations on Wed/Thur. Instead, I'm inserting Star Wars music pointlessly into a presentation, watching ESPNEWS, and checking on CAG.

Ya, it's pretty bad, or maybe sad. I just come to see what's going on and then there goes an hour. Oh well, it doesn't matter, I've been seeing (not dating) this girl for about a month now, and usually that's my cut-off point, I just get bored fucking the same girl for a lengthy period of time, so I guess the paper and cag come 1st and 2nd as my priorities, but not in that order.

English paper next Monday, an app for Washington that desperately needs to be finished, an AP Calc quiz first hour tomorrow. And, to top it all off...

THE RESEARCH PAPER OF DOOM is due next Monday.

Last year, it was almost 50 pages. This year's paper is probably going to be longer. Hell, the data tables and the analysis alone make up 20 pages. This is going to be damn near impossible to reedit everything in time for Monday...

But I'm still here. Homework = teh suk. CAG allows me a good way to take breaks. :)

dag, that would be a fun paper to write- you could talk about americas brainwashing of the public as well as the world through war and laws 8)

i actually like to write- tonight i have to write a paper for LIT and a story. the one for lit is on four works we've read and comparing them to each other- finding one similar aspect on what makes them american and drag it on for 7-12 pages. more properganda ay? the other is a creative story, doesnt matter what its about.
 
I got a paper due also, and another paper (transcript) for a debate due on monday yet I am on the computer looking for deals on games. World of Warcraft and Metal Gear Solid 3 are also taking my time away from writing my paper also. I wish there was more time in a day.. :D
 
I've got a huge biology lab due tomorrow, and I didn't do it over my (week long) Thanksgiving break. It is due tomorrow...
 
Yep, I'm with ya's!!

The wife thinks I'm in here writing a paper for my Lit class about "Benjamin Franklin: Arrogant, or merely Honest About Himself?" Bo-Ring.

And on Wednesday night, my wife will likely think I am putting the finishing touches on my 15-18 page Comparative Politics paper....but you all know where I'll be...CAG, baby!
 
I guess us CAG's got more in common than the usual videogame deals. I'd say this semester has got be one of my laziest. All about last minute studying but that's alright i wasted my time on here. :)
 
I'm trying to work on a way that I was supposed to turn in yesterday, but it's hard to get started. It's on a videogame company that survived the crash.
 
Ouch. I've got another 10-15 pager due next week in Jewish Mysticism, a 5-pager on Philosophy of Language...and then I graduate.

God I'm ready to be done with this.

I'm taking Jewish Philosophy next semester. I anticipate hating it.

I have to study for my Islamic Mysticism exam, re-write the Linux kernel's scheduling algorithm, and finish a piece of IMing software by the end of the week. I anticipate doing none of that, since I'm usually killing brain cells by reading CAG.

See, I was going to say you'd probably enjoy the class...but then I saw all the comp-sci projects. I'm doubting you're an English major...so maybe you won't. *g*

Regardless, the Jewish Mysticism things was actually pretty interesting...Jews have a thing for linguistics, it would seem. I just don't want to write tonight. Simple as that.
 
today is a huge day at the hospital i work at and i'm chatting online and posting at cag...i love this site so much :p
 
I have a few papers I should have written...but I hate the teacher she gives way too much work and a lot of the work is pointless and just work to keep the class busy.
 
Lets's see... I have:

7-Page AP American History Term Paper - I'm actually on the 7th page, but there's still a lot more to write. Thank god it's due on Wednesday.

English HW - I have to read 8 pages of The Scarlet Letter and define 4 vocabulary words. I love getting 4th grade HW in 11th grade...

AP Calculus HW - Just some test corrections, nothing too bad.

I actually have two projects due by noon on Friday. One for Statistics and one for Visual Basic Programming II.

thankfully I got a computer last year, so the computer lab is a thing of the past. Of course if I was actually at the com lab I'd probably want to get done faster so I could go home.

I'm a CS major, philosophy minor. I hate writing, though, but I've managed to BS my way through 5 philosophy courses so far. Oh well, next semester's my last, at least.
