Crap. Some people earlier in the month said they got theirs in around a week.

I ordered mine before I went on vacation, that was on the 19th. Probably around the 16th or 17th.

Very happy with the inserts and manuals. GameFly quality looking stuff. Just discovered as I was replacing my Crash Mind Over Mutant artwork that I forgot to order the instruction booklet for that... :bomb: Don't have to look at GS stickers on a few games now and made a couple complete copies of incompletes received from eBay/Goozex.

goHastings coming through with complete mint condition stuff :applause:. Wii collection becoming respectable, just need to start playing it.

no clue, but it's the only thing in his recent posts that I noticed. other stuff was par for the fire_thief course, stuff liked "Bought this box set for $22 SHIPPED BEAST!" and what not.

This came in a few days ago, but I just got around to opening it. Installing it for play later tonight!!

Got it for $75 with free shipping when gamestop's 25% off coupons were working for pre-orders. I'm surprised they actually used next day air on it, so I got it on release day.

Feeling pretty happy about those since the prices shot back up to the $40+ range right after my orders snuck in.

Also picked up the :ps2: Xenosaga 3 reprint at Gamestop for $19.99. I figure it might be a decent long-term investment--namely for getting my money back on the one I bought when the market was high :drool: Then again, I might return it XD (Need another Buy 2 Get 1 free sale which can be turned into B1G1 free).

Warping looked like water damage. Still dunno why they included it, flakes of the foil were falling off all over the place as I took it out of the bubble mailer envelope.

I got it from the TRU clearance. I got lucky and was on CAG the minute it was posted. $19.98 was a damn good price even with the $9.xx shipping :bomb:.

Personally while I was a bit disappointed with the game (at least compared to the first), this SE is one of the better ones in a long time I think.

Wow great job! I missed that and the God of War one by about 4 minutes /sigh.

The SE packaging caught my attention right away and seems superb, glad it will live up to my expectations. I actually just played through the game last weekend and I was delightfully surprised with it. I had the mindset it was going to absolutely pale in comparison to the first one, but I thought overall it was very good game, albeit the story wasn't nearly as good.

Yeah it wasn't a bad game by any means and definitely holds its own. It really isn't fair comparing it to the first because not many games match up to the original. $30.xx is a good price for it as is the $50 that newegg was charging. Hell even the $100 at launch was worth it to me (this is a 2nd copy to keep sealed). The artbook is fantastic, getting one of the scores on an LP is a cool thing, and the posters are awesome and I still need to get frames for them to display.

Oh I bought 2 copies, one at full price, and one at $60. The $60 one is sealed, and I parted the full priced one out so that I basically played Bioshock 2 for close to free.
 
Not really a pick-up, since I bought the game like two or more months ago, BUT I just got my GoldenEye 007 back from VGA and it got a 90 NM+/MT gold grade. :D I'd post a picture, but I'll just save it for the next batch. That, and part of me doesn't even feel like taking off the bubble wrap.
 
so far the month i've been on vacation i've bought:

perfect dark zero - used game only from gamestop power sale (360)
sega superstar tenis - used game only from gamestop power sale (360)
acdc rockband track pack - used from gamestop sale (360) got it for my dad and i to play
fat princess fistfull of cake - new at walmart for $10 (psp)

I wanted r6v for the 360 but the guy at gamestop said it wasn't on sale...
I think i'll hit up the gamestop when i get home for that and Viking.
I also want to start getting ps3 games (i only have god of war collection and lbp) and pc games so i'd apreciate some suggestions :)

oh is the starcraft battle chest still any good while i wait for the second one to drop?
 
Went to Play N Trade, mostly to get a disk buffed. Walked out with Armored Core (complete) for $6.99, Star Wars KOTOR 2 (complete) for $14.99, and promo posters - 3x Arc Rise Fantasia and 1x Puzzle Quest 2.

picked up a 20 gb 360 and two wireless controlers from a guy i used to work with, 20 bucks i cant complain, double my money trading it to gamestop. keep hd for girls grandson and a extra controller for me

Anyways... picked up Starcraft 2 collector's edition, about 30 blu-rays from Hollywood Video for $5.99 or less each.. (I need a LOT of blu-ray style cases now.)

Nabbed Bioshock 2 + God of War 3 from the Toys R Us online sale... GoW 3 case is just plastic crap, nothing good. Right now it holds snack cakes. :d Delicious, delicious snack cakes... only to be topped by pudding snacks.

Finished my Star Wars Bounty Hunter set for Empire Strikes back... Dengar, Boba Fett, IG-88, Bossk, 4-LOM and Zuckuss all stand tall on my desk. Got a Clone Wars Aurra Sing and nabbed a Leia in Boushh disguise too. About to do two mail-ins for the vintage Fett, but I half want to get another form or two first so I can get three or four done in one shot...

Last night Target toy clearance hit 75% off, got the last GI Joe Rise of Cobra toy in the store for $2.50, grabbed a Red Ranger from the Power Rangers toys for $1.74, a Prince of Persia gate set... figure is a piece of shit with it, but I wanted it for a Cobra setup anyways, so the PoP figure is either going to be a charred body near it, or lining a trashcan really soon, depending on if I want to bust out a lighter. Oh, also got the gold gargoyle-looking fellow from Power Rangers, fuckING THING HAS NO JOINTS! It's arms move a tiny bit... that's about it. Complete fail.

Today was the big day. NEW TOY LINES WOOH! Now, some of my new Star Wars stuff technically was street dated for August 6th... but meh, who cares, right? THIS IS AN OFFICIAL NEW STUFF DAY! Hit three Targets.. one in town and one a town over. Going out of town was not worth it. Grabbed the new Cobra Commander, Firefly and Alley Viper in town. Hit the others... got four 12-packs of Mountain Dew Throwback out of state with no deposit and a Marvel Universe Juggernaught... new GI Joe stuff was picked through already, two figures I wanted more of had already been grabbed by someone else. Next Target... grabbed the weird aircraft from Rise of Cobra for 6.** and two Marvel Universe figures, Havok and Archangel. New GI Joe stuff was picked over already, again.

Now, the BEST part.... The Halo Reach 360 is now paid off in full. :D Time to replace that red Resident Evil one.

Time Splitters 2 for me @ gamestop. Just picked up Kingdom Hearts 2 at my local blockbuster for $5 because they are closing down. Might end up picking up Black and Ratchet and Clank. Waiting on Heavy Rain, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, LoZ: Twilight Princess, and Super Mario Bros. Wii.

I beat God Of War/God Of War 2 when they was first released on PS2. I figured I would replay them since I was able to get this cheap. I got this used off of the Amazon marketplace for 16 bucks.


I know some people might complain at me for buying Bayonetta on PS3 over 360,but I rented the 360 version when the game was first released and beat it. I wanted to try the ps3 version and compare them. It isn't as bad as the reviews said it was. The loading times are insanely long before they added the install. The frame rate issues aren't to bad or maybe I'm just not picky. I bought this from gamefly.

On to Blazblue CS. I sold Blazblue CT and upgraded. Same way with Super Street Fighter IV... Anyway Street was a way better deal. I'm not that impressed with the newest Blazblue,but I do enjoy it.

I bought yet another DS3. I got it at the pawn shop for 15 bucks. Needless to say I was really happy.

I was planning on purchasing Batman AA from gamestop,but it was never on there site for 19.99 I'll end up getting it sometime next month. I've rented it before. I want to replay it as well.

Nothing major,but I did get a code for Family Feud and Section 8 on the cheap thanks to cag. ;)

Disc in good condition with some scratches, manual is a little water damaged on the back pages. I was looking through shelf. crappy cds, 5 copies of starcraft, sims expansion packs, SUIKODEN II!!!! I loudly exclaimed "Holy shit" in the store and the employee stocking shelves looked at me funny. Looked all around for more RPGs, but all I found was a PS1 w/ screen that was priced $39.99...
