Some people may not find it cheap, but I do. $15 at Best Buy for Dane Cook's CD/DVD combo "Harmful If Swallowed." This man is funny as hell.

DUDE i love Dane Cook, I have that CD/DVD so worth the cash, its so funny, his Koolaid bit and the public restroom bits made me and my roomate nearly fall over the first time we heard it.

Has anyone seen the Pablo Francisco DVD? How does the material compare to his Comedy Central Presents?

Is that Dave Cook DVD from DDD both the CD and the DVD or only the CD? It only looks like the CD, but one cannot be sure. Anywho, other comedians you should look up are definately Jeremy Hotts (Hottz?) and Brian Regan. Brian isn't exactly the funnies person in the world, but the way he says some things is truely worth a laugh or two, and Jeremy is definately one of the funniest comedians I have witnessed. Not sure if either of these actually have a DVD, but they're truly worthy of one. Jim Brewer is also another outrageously funny comedian IMO.

I don't know about the one at DDD, but the one I bought comes in a double CD like case, not a DVD one, if that helps.

As much as I value your fucking opinion, if possible dont post negativity towards other peoples deals, id like to keep this post strickly on topic for finidng good deals on certain stand up acts.

All he does is yell everything to try to make it funny, Although I've only seen him on the Daily Show I'm sure his stand up couldn't be much different. And that is your opinion that I have the worst taste ever, just like everything I'm saying is my opinion.

although i don't find dane cook funny at all, i believe the only available version of the release includes both the cd and the dvd.

before her talk show, she had a sitcom, before that she was a funny as fuck stand-up comic....then again, i was like 12 then...and that was before she came out of the closet....

If you haven't actually seen Black's standup you really should. He's my favorite comic around hands down. I almost always enjoy his daily show stuff but he does have off nights on there occasionaly. His stand up stuff is stellar though... very smart and thought out and not near as "angry" as the daily show. You can preview some of his stuff on his site http://www.lewisblack.net/ then click on Lewis speaks. I have the Unleashed DVD and it is excellent. Highly recommended.
 
Lewis Black is absolutely hilarious, but he's not doing in-your-face jokes that you can see a mile away like everyone else.

"And every year, like an Alzheimer's patient, I look at it like I've never seen it before. Candy corn, I think, ... corn that tastes like candy... .. ... SONUVABITCH"

Also Mitch is flat out hilarious.

"I saw a guy delivering pizzas for Dominos...... ... or he was borrowing the car...."

BTW I'm not arguing for or against them, I'm just stating my preference. They are completely opposite but hugely appealing.
