well.. there's 40 entrants. You have the first two, then 90 seconds between each person.

90 seconds x 38 people = 3,420 seconds, or 57 minutes. The PPV cuts off usually at 10:45est.. so assuming they start in the next five minutes, the first hour will be people entering, and the last fifteen will be the remaining guys eliminating each other
