The Rock Blu-Ray $9.99 Amazon and Best Buy

Best Buy has The Rock (starring Sean Connery, Nicholas Cage, and Ed Harris) for $9.99 through March 24 (in store and online). Amazon has price matched it as well.

I'm personally very tempted, but will probably wait and hope it goes down a couple more dollars.

Fantastic movie! I just wish the would convert the Criterion Collection version to Blu-Ray.

What's different about the Criterion version?

The Criterion DVD had a better transfer and sound, and a ton more special features vs the standard DVD release.

This Blu-ray edition appears to have many, if not all the special features from the Criterion version DVD and the ratings for PQ/AQ are top-notch. I really don't think a Criterion edition would add much to what's in this current version.

I lost my CC a while ago apparently, picked this up at Fry's this week for about $9 I think.
