Try creatine, or whey protein. Something tells me that eggnormous omelette sandwiches don't help you gain *good* weight.
As for trying to defend this meal, I looked at Arby's nutrition information, and found the following for 3 Arby's Melts, Mozarella Sticks, and Curly Fries. I was even generous, and selected medium fries and the small mozarella sticks. Since this isnot your average meal, and "small" sized portions stand in fear of it, I would be willing to wager that large fries and cheese sticks were consumed.
Anyway, ON TO THE RESULTS!

EDIT: I did leave out the beverage, but I imagine it was a soda, and not a diet. A 12oz can of soda is about 150 calories, and a 20oz bottle 250. Bon appetit!
Actually, it was a bottle of water, and that Arbys meal was the only thing I ate ALL DAY, so no harm done. And you can only get Medium Fries and Medium Mozzarella sticks on the 5 for $5.95 menu anyways. I love this assumption that, if someone has one big meal from a fast food restaurant, they are going to be dead within a week. But hey, that's fine with me, at least I'll die doing what I love, eating. Bury me in the ground in a casket made of Solid Milk Chocolate.
