"The Sims" deal

Looking for a deal on the sims or the Sims 2. Don't need all the expansions or anything like that. I'm just wondering that since these games are pretty dated if I could find a copy dirt cheap.

Amazon has Sims 2 Double Deluxe for $10 now new. I saw it somewher for $15 at a store... I wanna say Best Buy, but it might've been Wal-Mart (might've been both).

DD includes the Original, Nightlife and Celebration Stuff. I have the first two in the original Deluxe set and honestly, Nightlife is pretty much a must to play the game. It gives you heck of a lot more to do with your sims and also cars.

Plus, I doubt you're going to find a new copy of the regular game or even Deluxe for much cheaper. Sims 3 is scheduled for soon and it looks like they went ahead and lowered the price now.

that's a great deal except my girlfriend's computer does not have a dvd-rom drive in it
